# Constantly Crashing

The software is constantly crashing. Almost every 5 minutes. I sent numerous crash reports and stop bothering to send after a certain number.

Do you experience the same?

Hi @Cenk

Sorry to hear you are having issues with crashing, hopefully we can get you back up and running.

Can you let us know the following:

- Which version of Elements are you on?
- Which version of macOS are you on?
- Is the crashing happening with one specific project file, or with any project file (for example a brand new one)?
- Are there any steps we can take to replicate the crashing? For example is there a sequence of steps that always cause a crash repeatedly?
