I came to that conclusion yesterday. I exported the site to a local folder and it had no email or logs folder. I then copied it onto a xampp PHP server on my Windows PC, and the contact form worked, and ?apicheck worded as well. It created the logs directory and wrote to a log while running, so it appears the missing folders are a dead end, although the logs were not created on the IONOS test site. Back to the drawing board. ---

I found php script in my main site called info.php5. I copied it to my test directory and ran [PHP 8.3.24 - phpinfo()](https://test-n1et.bobsimoneau.com/info.php5) . The script looked like: \ If produced the attached output. It appears PHP is definitely running, so I do not know why ?apicheck fails. It is not suppose to but nobody seems to have a fix for it adding ?apicheck produces a green all working well but the form does not work. yet the same settings in joe’s foundation works perfectly there is one slight difference and that is no-reply@the…, instead of graham@the…. but I have tried that to and it doesn’t work Just got this back from my hosting people, You may need to get in touch with the realmac software people, I’ve looked at this and it \*appears\* the contact is posting to this URL ../rw/elements/com.realmac.corepack/api/email there is no “email” folder or file in the /rw/elements/com.realmac.corepack/api/ - so it appears that part of the site is missing. ---

@graham-sm1th, to help diagnose issues with your Form, Elements generates detailed log files on your server. The logs folder is located at the root of your web server, alongside other top-level folders like index.html, images, or css. `rw/elements/com.realmac.corepack/api/logs` Can you please send us this file? **Edit:** Can you also let us know who you’re hosting with? ---

Hi @graham-sm1th, Thanks for posting your log file, that is very helpful. **It appears you’ve entered your credentials incorrectly.** Specifically your SMTP password. Can you check there’s no trailing spaces after your password. Please choose “Re-Publish All Files” from the Elements File menu. Hopefully you’ll then be up and running. ---

@graham-sm1th, the logs are telling us it’s an error with your credentials, specifically a space in the password. Please do the following: 1. Please remove and re-type your email password. There was definitely a space on the end before. **Do not copy and paste, re-type it.** 2. Can you then re-publish your website, and try submitting a few emails via it. After that, can you send us the latest logs from the server again. I will do that however I am publishing from FileZilla as direct from elements doesn’t work and the only way that I can find the log is by clicking through RW core elements Api and then logs ---

I am now locked out of the server for a while as I have been on it for ages so will try again later but if it is still not working I would like for you to do a screen share to iron out the fault, my host thinks its at your end. ---
