I don’t know where the contact.css and contact.php come from, as all of my working contact pages have only the two index files. Maybe try deleting them off the server. ---

The error seems to indicate you aren’t using the correct SMTP details in the form settings. Did you ask Siteground to give you the SMTP details you should be using? ---

I have inquired via the Siteground AI Assistant and followed the instructions as shown: If your form plugin supports **SMTP** , use: - **SMTP Host:** `mail.siewertdesign.com` - **Authentication:** On - **Username:** full email address - **Password:** that mailbox password - **Encryption:** **TLS/STARTTLS** - **Port:** **587** - **Fallback:** SSL on **465** ---

Maybe try talking to a human? They’d be able to check their mail logs to see why the form isn’t sending. ---

Yes, I have tried both TLS and SSL. Unfortunately, finding a human to talk to is extremely difficult. ---
