# Contact form with choice of recipients

I need to build a contact form for a company website that is supposed to offer a choice of topics with an automatic redirection of the email to various representatives of the company. The simplest way would be a multi step form which depending on the answer on the topic question displays separate forms. But I would prefer something like a dropdown menu or radio button menu instead which determines topic and recipient.  
Is there a contact form stack that can do this?
