# Contact Forms Rapidweaver Classic - Using Stacks 5.3

I’m using the contact form with Stacks 5.3, but it has stopped working, and I’m not sure why. As a basic user, I’d really appreciate any help in understanding the issue and going through the basic troubleshooting steps.

We’re going to need a bit more information.

- what errors and/or error messages (if any) do you see?
- what other behaviour do you see happening?
- what’s your site’s productive URL

It looks like it had to do with email forwarding with Microsoft exchange and then resolving emails going to quarantine.
