# “.\_Contents.plist” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission”

hi folks, hope you all had a good day yesterday.  
I have this problem

“.\_Contents.plist” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission”.

one day it was ok the next it wasn’t where do I need to look for the file to give it permission.  
this happened for no reason I had changed nothing as far as I know. and now it just times out do any of you really cleaver people know how to fix it.
