Just a quick note since others may reference this post from search:

VERY OFTEN publishing issues are the result of internet connection trouble. If you’re having trouble, try these: getting closer to wifi, plug in directly to the router, make sure nobody on your network is streaming (games/films), and your computer isn’t working the network for other apps.
