I’ll soon be setting up Mozy for a my new business and wanted to know if the only files I need to back up to ensure I have a clean backup and restore scenario in place are the singular RapidWeaver file created for each site. No additional, adjunct files or prefs that need to be backed up?

In addition to the Rapidweaver ‘sandwich’ file for your project the only other thing you should possibly have a backup copy of is any external ‘warehoused’ files, which would generally be images, video etc. that you have stored on your server and linked to from Rapiweaver directly or via a stack.
