I can’t speak to your particular install since I don’t know what it is but, the scripts I have used install goes like this:

1. download the software
2. upload files to your server
3. set up a database
4. run install script

The install process then generates the code you use to “paste” into your RW project.
I’ve used two of their scripts and both were painless to get going.

@swilliam I do not need any database driven solutions beyond what I already use at the moment: Sitelok and a few other things. But I have never looked into PHP Jabbers. Could you provide a few examples of scripts that you’ve used from them. They may provide me with some new ideas about things to incorporate in the future.

I’ve used this one: [https://www.phpjabbers.com/php-event-calendar/](https://www.phpjabbers.com/php-event-calendar/)
in the past
I am currently working on a site that will use a modified version of this one:

They have quite a few - all have demos you can see how they work
