@ben Unbelievable, but I fixed it! The CMS/CMS.php file was uploaded to my server as CMS/cms.php, so with lowercase lettersā€¦ I changed it to uppercase, and now it works. crazy ā€¦ ---

It looks like this only works with one of my hosting providers. With the other one, I havenā€™t had any success with the changeā€¦ UPDATE: it is definitely the upload of the lowercase CMS/cms.php to the server. now, itā€™s also works with my other host. I was on the wrong instance. I just have too many running at the moment ā€¦ ^^ ---

I can confirm the same thing, uploading has it all lowercase. Rename with uppercase and it works online. ---

Thought Iā€™d give the CMS a go no real issues, just patiently needing to see what is added next to the CMS, thought I would start start looking at TWIG filters, all new to me, I assume can use all TWIG filterā€™s, used upper worked great First go, this looks like it will be really powerful stuff Excellent addition to Elements, I thought Elements was powerful already, this raises it to the next level, or the next 20 levels should I say ---

Two things to check (which may help): 1. Your webpage is using .php (not .html) as its filetype - the CMS requires PHP. 2. Your Frontmatter in your .md files is consistent i.e. the .md files have to have the same set of tags present (I believe this will change in a future update). ---

Yup, Iā€™d say thatā€™s the issue! This should be fixed in the next update, but the workaround for now is to ensure the frontmatter is the same in all files. ---

@AnasHyeee Okay, Iā€™ve taken a look at your file, and itā€™s just a few minor setup issues, hereā€™s how to fix it: 1. You need to link to the specific author page - [watch this video](https://share.cleanshot.com/MKV177C6) 2. Author MD files: Your date format is incorrect, it should be Year-Month-Day (2025-08-13), in you have it set as Year-Day-Month (2025-13-08). 3. On the Author page you need to set the CMS item to ā€œAuthorā€, not ā€œDefaultā€. 4. Thatā€™s it. All done. There is no step 4!
