Yup, add as many remote resources as you want! You can organise them the same way you would local resources. There’s a lot of powerful stuff in Elements, the app is HUGE now :wink:

I may not have properly written my question.

In a project, can I create a remote resource folder so that when new resources are added to that folder (outside of elements) they’ll show up as remote resources in the project?

Use case: photographers add to their own online server photographs for a specific project. In an elements project file, those new images will just be there to access without having to add them individually. I understand there might be a need to have a re-sync function also.

No, you’ll need to manually add them.

I think the Elements CMS will eventually be the solution for this :slight_smile:

I tested that the convert file option in your demo version and it did not work.
Will it work in the full version?

I have to open an old version, because RW 9.6 will not accept my ftp path provided by my domain server.

Could you provide a little more info, did it import any of the project or content?

We have more information on the Project Importer here (including what it will, and won’t import).

Try re-entering your FTP details into the 9.6, if it still doesn’t work let us know what error you are seeing, and we can try to help you resolve it. We also have an entire document on solving publishing issues that you may find useful.

In an earlier reply you said that my email (tomtraut9@gmail.com) was blocked from buying Elements.
I have tried a different email (traut@nc.rr.com) with 2 different credit cards and your site refuses to let me buy Elements.

Am I permanently blocked from continuing my RW website?
