No problem, check your email!
Ah, it’s because it’s centered in the space available, and the by default the button has both Margins set to Auto. Here’s how to fix/adjust it…
Why is this not possible in the node browser?
Certainly would be handy to be able to do the same in there.
Because the code is not written/hooked-up… we certainly plan to make this available!
One thing I have run into when using copy and paste from the editor, is that if you have multiple elements selected, When you paste them they are not always placed in the same order as they were when copied. This forces you to rearrange the pasted items.
Yup, that’s a bug we’ll get fixed. I think right now it pastes in reverse order if you have selected multiple. Works fine if everything in the copy is in a container/wrapper.
But don’t worry, all these little bits and bobs are just polish we’ll get round to during the beta phase
I suggested that a while ago. Currently cmd+D duplicates the page you’re on. I disliked that in earlier versions of rapidweaver already, because that’s something I - and I’m sure the majority of users - don’t do very often. Duplicating stacks / components however, is something I do very regularly. So it makes more sense to use cmd+D to duplicate the selected component.
Heya… I know, I am late to the party, but could I get an invite to the Elements Beta?
@dripple Of course, check your email, and welcome back!
Btw. I see you make a few stacks… I think you’re really going to dig the custom components (and dev packs) you can build in Elements. There’s some handy links here to get started, and let me know if you have any questions
Thank you for the invite.
I’ll also have a look at the docs.
Hi Dan,
sorry for the late reply. Just got into it today. Amazing. Please let me know when we can use it for productive stuff. I love the 50 Confirmations in the beginning
Regards,
Nicolas
Yes, you can now go ahead and publish with Elements.
We put in those warnings at the start of the beta, but we’re in a much better place now. We just need to get round to removing them and re-doing the first run setup.
