In a new project created with RW 803 there is a folder with the name “files”, and another called “index_files”, with the same content in both.
Should I publish both folders?

The folder ‘files’ is older and was there first. Sometimes RW or Stacks (I don’t remember when nor why) changes the name of the folder into ‘index_files’ and it remains that way then. The latter should be newer and is, in my case, the one being published. I have left the old ‘files’ folder on my server, because of URLs pointing to files in there.
So there is no need to republish both every time.
