Hello again,

We’re back with another Elements update, and this one improves form compatibility due to recent third-party server changes. It also contains some additional store updates.

## What’s New in Elements 1.5.2?

- Updated Form Components for better server compatibility
- Fixed Store icon issue under macOS Ventura
- Downloaded Projects via the Store now appear instantly in the New Projects Window
- Further under-the-hood store improvements

## Purchase a License

You can visit the [Elements website](https://www.realmacsoftware.com/rapidweaver/?utm_source=realmacsoftware-forum) to purchase a license.

### Elements Store is now live!

It’s a built-in place to discover, share, and buy products made for Elements: components, templates, projects, themes, and resource packs. You can browse free and paid products, install them directly into Elements, and even submit your own work to share with others.

## Get the Update

Elements should prompt you while it’s running to let you know there’s an update. If it doesn’t, you can select the “Check for Updates…” menu option from the “Elements” app menu.

Alternatively, you can always [download the latest build of Elements here](http://realmacsoftware.com/download/elements/).

### Need a previous build?

If the latest build causes issues for your setup, you can roll back to an earlier version using the [Release Notes page](https://realmacsoftware.com/rapidweaver/releasenotes/).

## Give Feedback

If you are running a licensed copy of Elements, please post all feedback in the [Feedback Forum](https://forums.realmacsoftware.com/c/rapidweaver-elements/beta-feedback/57). You can use the Elements \> Send Feedback… menu item to automatically pre-fill the build number into a new topic.

Can you restart Elements and give it another go? Let me know how you get on.

After a restart it shows it as installed so it must have downloaded it, before showing that error message.

Perfect, thanks for letting us know. And just to double check, the project is installed okay and works?

Yes, I just tested it and it showed up as a choice when creating a new project and then opened an previewed perfectly.

Here is a screenshot of the Choose a Project dialog, not sure what the failed message is about.

Everything is online and working correctly on our end. If you’re still seeing that error, it’s likely something local on your Mac or network interrupting the connection.

It’s worth checking whether you have anything installed that filters or blocks traffic, tools like Little Snitch, Radio Silence, or certain antivirus packages can quietly block app requests and cause odd behaviour like this.

If you’re running any of those, try temporarily disabling them or adding Elements to the allow list. That usually clears it up. Let me know what you find.

Yes, I run Intego NetBarrier, once I turned it off it worked just fine. What server does it go out to so I can Whitelist it in the NetBarrier?

Ensure you whitelist the following outbound (and possibly inbound) traffic to/from these domains:

- .amazonaws.com
- .amplifyapp.com
- .elementsapp.cloud

Hopefully that should help, let me know how you get on.

The amazon one was what was blocking for me.
