Hey Weavers, We’re excited to announce that RapidWeaver Elements Beta 3.0.10 is now available :tada: This update has a ton of refinements and new features that add extra polish to Elements. We’ve listed the main headline changes below, but be sure to read the release notes for all the details! You should find this build noticeably faster at opening projects and switching between pages, and there are more speed and performance improvements on the way  There are also eight new projects for you to explore, and Asterra shows off the new in-editor Three.js preview. It’s pretty wild, and a sign of things to come. [Eight New Projects in Elements] Please take the new beta for a spin and let us know if you run into any problems. What’s New in Elements 3.0.10? Text Component: Copy and paste now keeps links, formatting, and line breaks. Resources: Right-click an image in the inspector and choose Reveal Resource to jump straight to that file. Detached Components: Rename, Duplicate, and Delete work again for Custom and Global elements. AI Markdown: Optionally publish AI-friendly Markdown versions of your pages (on by default for new projects). New Projects: Waitlist, Burger Co, Asterra, Kinetic, Profile, Yonder, Wellness, Consultant Updated Projects: Link in Bio, Landing, North Eleven, Microblog, Artist, and more. Editor: Live Three.js in the editor for more accurate previews (see Astra Project for an example of what this enables) Performance: Faster page switching, a smoother canvas, and quicker export and save. Publishing: Fixed the FTP crash some people hit when uploading several files at once. Video: Proper poster images on export, and Vimeo mute now behaves correctly. Google Fonts: Clearer errors and a retry if the catalog fails to load. Accordion: Can be fully driven from the keyboard. Reliability: Scrolling, mobile menus, headers, and Android Chrome anchors are more reliable. CMS RSS Feed: You can choose how many items appear in the feed. Stability: Fewer rare editor crashes, with a gentle prompt to send a report if something still goes sideways. Get the Update Elements should prompt you to update when it is running. Not seeing Astra, so can’t see what that enables ;~).

We’re also hoping to ship build with the AI integration in a week or two  It’s all systems go!

[image] thominator: Not seeing Astra, so can’t see what that enables ;~). Look for “Asterra”, it should be in the new projects window

In your announcement you have Astra in the New Projects list, Asterra in the Updated Projects list.

Having Three.js render live in the Elements editor has a lot of potential, here’s just a few fun demos we threw together to test it out. The first project, Asterra is available in the new Projects window of the latest beta. This is just a custom component, but we plan to ship a three.js component that would be more polished and enable some cool features for your website. Not sure there’s many (or any?) website builders that can do this in the editor

I noticed the HTML code Infinite Scroller in the project Kinetic. Can this code easily be copied and used in my own projects? [Kinetic] [Ifinite] @dan

[image] dan: CMS RSS Feed: You can choose how many items appear in the feed. Since I noticed that you’ve updated/added this, I wanted to ask whether you’ve also fixed the issue with the RSS feed: https://forums.realmacsoftware.com/t/bug-feed-from-claude-code-it-said-to-report/ [image] RSS feed improvements: absolute URLs, atom:link and XML escaping high_voltageElements @ben Could you please adjust the RSS feed in the new build? Ideally, and should contain absolute URLs, not only relative paths. Also, xmlns:atom is currently declared, but no atom:link is used. It would make sense to add this inside : Neue Geschäfte Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt/Main https://www.mydomain.com/news/frankfurt-hauptbahnhof-neue-b-ebene… Or is this something that will be addressed in a separate fix? Apart from that, the feature itself is really great. However, as long as the issue with absolute URLs in the RSS feed isn’t fixed, the feed unfortunately isn’t really usable.

[image] dan: Text Component: Copy and paste now keeps links, formatting, and line breaks. The first thing you say about 3.0.10 is: “Text Component: Copy and paste now keeps links, formatting, and line breaks” I can’t get this to work.. If I copy text from RapidWeaver Classic to a Text, or Typography component in Elements 3.0.10 the layout is preserved but not the links. What am I doing wrong?

[image] PLM: I noticed the HTML code Infinite Scroller in the project Kinetic. Can this code easily be copied and used in my own projects? Yes, you can just copy the custom component from the editor and paste it in your own project :slightly_smiling_face: Keep in mind that it is just a custom component, and not a polished official solution so the options are limited.

Hi @pogmoor You’re not doing anything wrong. The 3.0.10 paste that keeps links is the HTML path, from the web or a doc. Classic copy is attributed/RTF, which Elements doesn’t read yet, so you get the layout without the links. I’m afraid Classic paste doesn’t keep links today. I’ve filed a ticket for that, and we’ll try and get a fix for it into the next build. Cheers
