Sorry some of you have hit issues 😢

However, if your project is not rendering correctly in CMS 2.0 can you upload it to Elements Cloud and send the link to [forumsupport@realmacsoftware.com](mailto:forumsupport@realmacsoftware.com).

We’ll look into ALL reported issues and hopefully ship a fixed build later today/tomorrow.

That’s nice; but unfortunately it doesn’t work at all as shown in the first video.

I created a page “Edit” and then pulled in online editor and published. But unfortunately I only see a white page, what am I doing wrong? Somehow comes to another container, subfolder … no matter how I do it, it doesn’t work.

Or is it not for the public?

Beste Grüße

Mike

Just wanted again to say thank you! Bought the solo license - up and running editing! 🙂

Very Interesting how it all works… Amazing 🙂

I’m on DreamHost - got all green checkmarks for requirements…

❤ This! Great job! Elements made a long way (I am playing with it since 0.9.5), but this Online CMS is kicking it.

Only issue is line breaks - for me - I have html line breaks that work - but come out strange in the online editor and really strange in online editor markdown…

I see a little confusion could be made with which version is the current .md file?

The one inside elements is now just a delivery system to the online version…

But really great stuff 🙂

The issue here was that your markdown files didn’t contain any “body” content — content below the frontmatter. The CMS 2 parser was expecting there to be at least a blank line in the markdown file before making it available in the frontend.

This issue has now been fixed and will be included in the next update 🙂

You can buy a copy via the new [Elements CMS store](https://creem.io/stores/elements) 🙂

Do you mean the Online Editor? If so, you can reset the Online Editor install by deleting the `/rw/elements/com.elementsplatform.cms/editor/php/config.php` file.

Deleting `config.php` removes the Online Editor setup/configuration, including the admin account and configured folders. It does not delete Markdown content or uploaded resources.

Awesome, @ben

I tried an experiment by adding a blank line to one of the MD files but it still did not work.

I’ll await the update.

@ben How does one change the selected post folder in the editor?

I had selected the root CMS folder thinking I would get to see all of the sub-folders, but that was not the case, so now I need to change it to point to my posts folder. But so far, I cannot see how to do this.

You’ll need to remove, and re-add the required folder.

To add more than one content folder (including sub folders), you’ll need a paid license.

Hope that helps!

the issue here was actually the [same as the one Robin ran in to](https://forums.realmacsoftware.com/t/elements-cms-2-is-here/56224/32) — there was no “body” content.

I’ve got a fix for this and it’ll be included in the next build!
