# Elements CMS 'search component' not working anymore?

Rapidweaver Elements Version 3.1.0 (24662)

Hi @dan and @ben,

It seems that the “search component” doesn’t work anymore in this version of Elements.  
It worked normally in previous version - 3.0.18 (24628).

The problem appears in your microblog project and also in mine (based on a empty project and theme System).

We’ll take a look in to this today, are you seeing any error messages or is it just not working entirely?

I have the same issue @ben You can see it at the live site [Nextlook](http://nextlook-elements.weaverpixel.com/)

The search button is on the top and you can key in whatever you want, nothing shows up in the results area. I have tested it with Elements 2.4.4 and here it was working as expected.

this one should be fixed in the next Elements update, due out very soon!
