I’ve been using Joe Workman’s PDF EMBED for documents on my website. Works great. I have now created a form which I want people to be able to fill out and return – by downloading the form to their computer and being able to fill it out on their keyboard. I have designed the form BUT when I download from the website, it is NOT interactive. Any ideas for this or another stack?

The reason behind the problem is the file security. This PDF form is secured due to which it becomes non-interactive. Therefore, to resolve this issue you can try the free utility i.e. PDF Security Remover Tool. It is a simple utility which enable editing in PDF forms and make them unrestricted. So, use it and get your query resolved.
