# Embedding Video in a site - SEO

I have read different views on this so thought I’d get a different perspective from here.

When embedding video into your site from say Vimeo or YT is it recommended to only have one video per page or is it OK to have more. The reason I ask is that some have said it will affect SEO on your site if you have more than one per page.

Whats your thoughts, thanks.
