Can you explain a little more? I’m unsure what “one card” means 🤔 Feel free to post a screenshot to help illustrate 😊 ---

Hi Dan, please find the beginning of a form test in the bottom of the doc (elementsapp://downloadDocument/Wp7Kj3djMOMS). We started with three questions. After the first question we would like to hit a “next” button to jump to the next question. With the next question, the first question should be replaced. Another point is, that with up to three labels you always get some more rows. Starting with 4 labels no additional row will come up. ---

We don’t currently plan on building in this functionality to Form component. You could definitely create something along these lines with a Custom Component, but that would require some custom code. You can always upvote, or add, [feature requests to our road map](https://elements.nolt.io) 🙂 ---

Not exactly. If you only have 1 - 3 rows there will be 1 - 3 additional rows with a space I don’t need in my design. I wanted to send you a movie, but it is not possible in the forum. ---

Ah, I’ve just taken another look and I understand now. That does indeed seem like a bug! We’ll get it fixed for the next release.
