You say ‘receiving emails from hotmail acounts’. Do you mean that? Of course, you are not actually receiving emails from gmail or hotmail unless you are using the SMTP option (I’m not sure you can). You normally receive FormLoom emails from your web server via the PHP POST function and it is advisable to show the from address as an email acount on that hosting account. For instance, if your domain is rosebyanyothername.com and you have an email address rose@rosebyanyothername.com, then use that as you ‘form’ email address.
If you mean that you’re not receiving emails from the form to a hotmail address, then it is probably being caught by a spam blocker and you should ask Hotmail about it.
