FormLoom 4 Publishing Issue (Resolved)

Okay, I think I’ve narrowed it down…

It seems to be something to do with the amount of fields in the FormLoom plugin.

I can reproduce the issue by systematically adding more and more fields, eventually FormLoom will stop exporting all the required files.

So, to sum up; My educated guess would be that this is an issue for @yabdab to fix in FormLoom.

Video of the bug in action can be found here (it’s unlisted):

UPDATE So sorry, it turns out it’s RapidWeaver at fault here :flushed: We’ve fixed the issue and will be pushing out a build shortly.

@Custard-Apple So sorry again, and thanks for brining this to our attention. Look out for a new build of RapidWeaver later today that will resolve the issue.

CC @Isaiah, @yabdab you can stand down, it’s us, not you :kissing_heart:

These things are sure to happen occasionally, with RW, Stacks, addons, etc.

@Custard-Apple Okay RapidWeaver 8.8 is now available and this should fix your issue. Check for Updates.

It’s also a Universal build so will run natively on Apple Silicon… However, FormLoom isn’t native yet, so you will need to switch RapidWeaver to “run under Rosetta” until @yabdab pushes out an update.

@dan No need to apologise. There’s a lot of working parts here, I never like to rule anything in or out too soon. I’m just glad you’ve looked at it thoroughly. Looking forward to the M1 version!

@Custard-Apple it’s available now!

@dan @yabdab @Isaiah I can confirm that the publishing issue is now resolved. I haven’t been able to replicate the issue since the update. Looking forward to those ARM code updates for the plugins.

Thanks everyone for looking into it.

That’s greta news. Glad we got it sorted for you.

Happy Weaving!
