# Forms

I’m trying to add a simple form to a page. I’ve been able to set it up:

But I am at a loss as to how to figure out how to submit the inputs to an email address. I’ve linked the submit button to an email. And that works, but I don’t know how to fill in a pre-named subject, among other things.
