# GDPR Warning with Opt Out

HI  
I know there is a Popup Module that can be bought, and I am quite savvy with OpenAI which helped me with Elements to create complicated interactive portfolios.  
But.. I would like to have a GDPR warning and Opt out warning. Like so many sites is use Google Analytics and Google Tags… I need a Cookiewarning opt out solution.  
There are a zillion sites that do that for ±20USD/month, which I think is too expensive..  
THere is Popup plugins, but they do not impete the installed trackers.  
Anyway.. somebody has a simple, elegant, cheap solution?
