I am using NORTH ELEVEN Project and have used the project to plug in my images and texts. I can’t figure out what element is not configured correctly. I am new to Elements. I can’t reason out what components would create this disparity between views. Any suggestions? ---

I’m wondering if it’s an issue with the image format 🤔 Can you [share the project via Elements Cloud](https://docs.realmacsoftware.com/elements-docs/getting-started/elements-cloud)? We can then take a look at the project and fix the issue for you. ---

Thank you Dan. Before I have you take the time to look over the project, I will review the images ( sizes, dpi, and format) and see if that helps. If that’s the issue (which is simple enough to fix) then I’m good to go and I will respond thankfully on this chain. Otherwise, I will take you up on your offer to review the set up via the cloud. I was mainly guessing that perhaps the extension was wrong on the files, and the browser couldn’t render them. Strange they appear in the Editor, but not in the Browser 🤔 If you share the project we’ll be able to get to the bottom of it 🙂 ---
