Hi,

I’ve got an Elements Plus License, have enabled ‘allow AI tools to interact with Elements’ in preferences but I can’t get SuperGrok to connect with the MCP server.

I understand that I need to create a Tunnel using ngrok or cloudflared but I must be doing something wrong because I haven’t been able to connect using either one of these things.

I’ve never connected to an MCP server before so this is all new to me. Inside of Grok I know what to do you create a custom connector, name it and then add the server url but the urls I’m generating don’t connect.

Not sure what to do next, any help appreciated.

Kind Regards

Ah, SuperGrok is through the browser. You ideally want a local app on your Mac.

Can you [download GrokBot](https://x.ai/bot) and give that a try. You just need to give the Bot the Elements MCP address ([http://localhost:9712/mcp](http://localhost:9712/mcp)) and it will figure it out and set it up for you. Make sure Elements is running!

As far as I can tell [GrokBot is available on your SuperGrok plan](https://x.ai/news/grok-bot-more-plans).

Thanks Dan I’ll give that a try.
