I watched a tutorial how to create a video hero banner. I placed a small video file in there. Think I did everything as per instructions. It shows up in elements, but It won’t play in browser view nor elements. Any suggestions?

Hi @steve223

Can you upload the project file to [Elements Cloud](https://docs.realmacsoftware.com/elements-docs/getting-started/elements-cloud) and share it here, or can you link to a live version of the website so we can look for any browser errors?

It might be the format of the video is not support 🤔 As @differentdan said, if you share the project we can take a look for you 🙂
