Are you talking about the SERP(search engine results page) when you say Google? If so you have no control over what and how long the search engine displays this. You can remove or change your site, and the next time they scan the site they will make changes, based on the new content.  
You can add a robots.txt file and request they, not index parts or all of your site.

Make sure your meta tags, Browser Title, and Description are correct on each and every page.
