# How do I remove projects from Projects Window?

Seems that every project I ever opened is still in the Projects Window. I cannot find a simple way to delete any of these. Have tried removing the project from its file location, even renaming it, but it’s still in there, although will not open from there after I do that. So, how do I get those things out of there?

RapidWeaver uses the recent items in the File menu to remember the recent projects in the Projects Window.  
That means that you cannot delete a single item from the projects window. You only can delete all items.  
Go to **File -\> Open Recent -\> Clear Menu** to clear all items.  
That leaves you with an empty Projects Window, which will be populated as projects are opened.

OK, I see. So, the Projects Window is really just another version of the recents file. Just did what you said and it worked. Thanks very much.
