# How to copy formatted text and links?

Hey @PLM

I don’t believe it’s possible to copy formatted text into the Text component while keeping the formatting in tact.

@dan mentioned a [workaround here](https://forums.realmacsoftware.com/t/formatted-text-copy-paste/43903/2) that might help in the meantime.
