I don't want to "hide bars after x ms"

I am using Marathia’s Stacks Shiny Box Plus stack here https://rudy.pegspen.com/previous_works.html and the maximum time the bottom bar with the name of the painting will stay there is 10000 ms, but I don’t want the bar to go away at all, I wish for it to be there all the time.

There must be a bit of code somewhere I could tweak to achieve that? If anyone can point it out, I’d be much obliged.
