Hi, this works great on my Mac but on an iPad there is no menu bar at the top with page change etc. am I missing something?
It’s just an html component for you to put in a project there’s nothing else.
If you want to use this to build a page from just drag a menu, header, body etc into this.

Sorry but I will have to revert to you. So attached are 2 images, 1st from my ipad showing your pdf without a menu bar and the 2nd the same page on my Mac where the menu bar is shown? Can you maybe clarify your last email as to how to resolve this? Thanks
On third page is an instruction on what to change. Basically there is an HTML component that embeds a pdf. If you look at your node browser you will see the HTML is in a Modal. You can have a button or a picture that opens the modal as per page 1 and 2 showing different ways. So you just copy the modal into your project and either copy the button or image opener depending on what you want. Then add the PDF into the image as per my example that you want - in other words replace with your PDF. Also then go to the HTML code and modify accordingly. I am not in front of computer until tomorrow but follow instructions and if you get stuck just yell and I’ll help. If your happy to send project and pdf’s then I’ll have a look too.

it is curious though. On my Mac everything works great and in my browser it works great. I can even shrink my browser on my Mac to iPhone width and it works great.
When I open the page on my iPad the pdf opens fine but the menu bar with the page select etc. is not there. The pdf scolls fine.
Maybe I can share the project with you tomorrow? How do I do that?

Dave ok here’s a totally simplified file for you. Alls you need to do is put your image to open the pdf. and change as per the instructions the name of the pdf in both modals un HTML Script to your pdf and thats it. Any problems please come back to me, this is only one page to view.
Once again, many thanks, I am still struggling sadly, not sure why I find this so tricky? Is it possible to simply ‘import’ your page into my site and then sort out the resources?
Dave yes just decide whether you want button or image to open. Then copy the actual container with that modal and paste in your project. Follow instructions and it should be simple.
Just give your pdf in your project a simple name no spaces - all lowercase. Go to line (as per instructions) and change the pdf name to yours and that’s it.

I have transferred your page now, and all is good on my Mac (both in preview and published), but it still is not showing the menu bar on the published site on my ipad, this is clearly a ‘knumpty’ issue, I will continue to work on it and let you know. Thanks

This is not the new clean file I sent you but the old one as I got rid of all these images and just put a pdf and a thumbnail; of first page so as to make it really easy for you. Please start again with new file and I think then send me project with your PDF’s in so I can set up for you.
I don’t understand that, all I did was download your file and copy it into my site and adjsted the resource names in the HTML files to suit my own? Anyhow I will do as you ask, you are being very helpful and patient!

Where is this uploaded site? I copied the link and go nothing. If you go the cloud icon in your project in top left corner you can upload your file there. Then you can share the link by copying it in the cloud icon and then either posting it here if you dont mind who sees it or you can message me the link and I will be the only one to open it.
