I would like to know how many index.php should there be?

RCPro is index.php, and my home page is index.php.

I have deleted my .html’s.

Each folder has an index. Whether it’s php or html depends on which stacks or plug-ins you have on each individual page. You only delete the html if you have php and vice-versa.
