I’m curious what the developers here think. How much is AI impacting your development efforts?

I use AI all the time for code. I has helped cut down on the huge amount of hours debugging things.

You still need developers though at this point in time to know what questions to ask AI to do.

Absolutely you still need developers! I’ve never said anything else. In fact, I insist that for AI to be trusted you need humans in the loop. You cannot hold an AI “responsible” for their output. There must be someone accountable. To be accountable you will be better off being skilled enough to recognize good/bad output. If a person has “skin in the game” I’m more likely to trust the output.
