Internal linking vs multiple contact forms

I am wondering if I should use same contact form multiple times on the same site. For standard contact me page and on another page for the call to action buttons -> to slide contact form into view.

There is a lot of SEO chatter about benefits of internal linking.
Can anyone clarify pros and cons? Is there any benefit if I do ‘regular’ button linking into contact me page vs. slide in contact form?

(I am using FormLoom3, and their fantastic support confirmed that there would not be an internal conflict to use the same form more than once.)
