Introducing CalcStack - interactive calculators for your websites

Hi everyone, I have just started using Calcstack from Will Woodgate at Stack4stacks.

First of all its a brilliant plugin works brilliantly on Rapidweaver 8 but on the Mail-To Button (via Email) I have put in email address both with obfuscated email and just email address and on iPhone Safari and Mac Safari when you try to send the email a warning from Safari browser kicks in to stop it saying in no polite words!

This is a non-secure form.
This form will be sent in a way that is not secure. Are you sure you want to send it?

Any idea guys what I am doing wrong and will FormsPlus resolve this issue

Is your website setup with SSL (https:// and not http://)? It sounds like the waring web browsers give when you submit a for on a website that is not SSL encrypted.

Hi Don,
I’m glad you said that because I looked on the Pacific page and noticed it as not got the SSL padlock but I tried republishing page clearing all other plugins removed the extra contact plug in but still not showing the SSL certificate padlock any idea :bulb:

You may have mixed content. Without a link to the site, I don’t know why it’s not showing a padlock. Post a link and someone here will be able to provide more info.

Hi Don, just for everyone peace of mind the way I managed to resolve the issue was to firstly remove all other 3rd party plugins on the Calcstack page and will not be making that mistake again of having a contact form page below the stack and finally switch off the mail-to and the copy to clipboard options.
Now the SSL certificate is working and yes you was right on your comments too much mixed content.

Thanks for your help you know your stuff.

And the Calcstack from stacks4stacks is brilliant check out the my estimator page how it works brilliant plugin image https://www.4tress4gates.com
