Is Multitool Lite still working?

I just tried to use Multitool lite that I just re-downloaded.

Is it still working?

It changes in the MT Lite, I save it, nothing changes in RW, theme Flexture. Note the image in Rwmt has changed but, despite having pressed the save button numerous time. Flexture still has the stock image installed.

Also, how do I utilize the blank/unused image places in Flexture? Seem I can only overlay the ones that are there.
