Is the robots.txt file created and accessible somewhere from [Elements](https://elementsapp.io/)?

Just found out the Robots settings but using PageSpeed Insights against my website, the tool says that my Robots.txt file is malformed. Here is a [screenshot](https://cloud.numericcitizen.me/Tb3Tnlz0).
