I use the Target stack of JW to keep my footerpanel at the bottom of the page if browser \> body.
This works great except with the page I use a Formloom 3 stack to place a form.
Seems the form is getting loaded too late, so the Target stack is computing the condition with the empty Formloom stack (wrong body height) and the footer is at the bottom of the page and overlaying the content of the form.

Is there a way to solve this issue the dynamic way?
Can a single stack be preloaded?
