Hello everybody. Our new website is up and running using the PLAY template bought on RapidWeaver Pro Space. Our website is hosted on Aruba, Italian server (linux)

I can’t get the values right to activate the form. What am I doing wrong? Redirect has been set to a thank you page. Here’ a screenshot of the form in Elements.

I would really appreciate a hand with this. 🙂

Hi, I am having the same issue. I cannot get the contact form to work either in the Play template, it should be going through to an Office 365 mail box but nothing ever appears. Regardless what I try. 😬

I don’t know what the problem could be, I don’t think it’s related to Play project file, it’s just a standard component Form on the page, nothing else.
Maybe @ben or @dan will enlighten us.

This sounds like a configuration issue. Could you try running through the Compatibility Checklist and Troubleshooting on the [Forms documentation](https://docs.realmacsoftware.com/elements-docs/elements-app/components/built-in-components/form)? 🙂
