Jpg 2000 and Captcha

Hi All

2 questions.

1: Does RW support Jpg2000 and is there any advantage in terms of image compression and load speed?

2: Can you add ‘Captacha’ to RW contact form or does it have to be a Stacks type contact form?

FYI I have just migrated to Nick Cates ‘Aspen Theme’ and advice on using getting started with this is appreciated.
