# LAN preview?

As I’m new here, I may be missing something obvious. :^)

It would be very useful to have a Preview that listened on your Mac’s LAN IP address. There appears to be a php server that listens on 127.0.0.1:\<some\_port\>.

This would allow direct Preview on phones and tablets. While Browsers and Simulator are good for layout testing. They don’t really permit evaluation of the touch/scroll experience. This is a key part of the mobile UI interaction. Uploading is the workaround.

**SWEET!** Works great. Evaluating ‘touch’ on mobile is great. Thank you!

This forum system suggests I don’t reply. But want to let you and others know it works great. The QR code was a nice touch.
