[Linear One](https://www.multithemes.com/elements/projects/linearone/) now includes a Design Guide for the Elements AI assistant. It is a one-page project, and that changes what the guide has to teach.

**Why one page**
A one-page site has a precise job: give the most information in the least time, with no pages to look for. Visitors scroll, or tap an icon, and land on the right section. It is ideal when you need to go live fast, when your services can be told in one place, or when you have little material but of high quality, like a portfolio.

**A menu built by hand, now handled for you**
The navigation of Linear One is made by hand with Elements elements, not with a menu component. That gives it its unique look, but until now every change was manual work. Adding a section meant cloning it, giving it a new anchor ID, setting the next sticky position, adding a new icon to the menu, linking it, and repeating the section color on every detail. One missed step and the menu would jump to the wrong place.
**Now the assistant does it for you.** Ask “add a new section called Gallery, in yellow, and connect it to the menu”, and it takes care of the whole chain: unique anchor, sticky title, new icon and link in both menus, and the color carried through every element. Removing a section, reordering sections or changing a section color works the same way, in plain words.

**What the guide does**
A hand-built menu is powerful but delicate: a new section needs a unique anchor, a new icon, the right sticky position and its own color. The guide teaches the assistant this whole chain. In our test we asked for a sixth section: the assistant cloned the right model, gave it a unique anchor, connected it to both menus, set the next sticky position and carried the new color through every detail. Then we asked to recolor it in yellow, and it kept the link between the menu icon and the section. It also found a few real issues on its own during the style check.

**How to get it**
New copies of Linear One include the guide. If you started your site earlier, open the updated Linear One and read the block at the top of the page: it explains how to add the guide to your project in a few minutes.
The AI assistant is not included in Elements or in Linear One: you connect your own, an external assistant such as Claude Desktop through the Elements MCP Server, or the built-in Assistant with your own API key (Elements \> Settings \> AI).

Feedback is welcome! 😀

thanks 🙏
