# Links to Blog Articles

Will it be possible to link to individual blog articles within a project, whether from static content or from other dynamic CMS content on the page? Perhaps via a unique article ID?

EDIT: Links to a search tag or category within a blog would also be very interesting.

Basically, you should be able to link everything within Elements. The important part is that you properly define the link target in the Markdown file and format the Markdown file correctly.

The output is then handled normally via **“Links.”**  
The important thing is that when selecting the source, you use **Plain Text** and not **URL**.

Thanks @Pegasus.

The question arises for CMS version 2.0, which we don’t have yet, and we’ll have to see if and how this will be possible there.

And since the customer should ultimately be able to include a link in an article, it needs to be as simple as possible. Ideally, via copy & paste in the article text.

In terms of functionality, I shouldn’t change much from the existing version even with version 2.0.
