My normal procedure for logging into elements and working on my website: [alsis.org](http://alsis.org) is not working. It is requiring that I purchase Elements which I already have. Any Help?

Please see [Why am I receiving an activate Elements message? - #3 by dan](https://forums.realmacsoftware.com/t/why-am-i-receiving-an-activate-elements-message/55393/3) you will just need to enter the Elements License key again.

@dan Why don’t you email all Elements customers about this problem and supply the link?
