Does elements have a feature that allows you to convert a piece of text or a portion of text in a paragraph into an image? (to defeat the email spam crawlers)

Yes I can do it graphically and paste the image, but is there a more eloquent way in Elements?

Would the image then be linked to somewhere such as a mailto, anchor, or another site or page?
