# Maps embedded in Limelight

Just a heads up that the wonderful folks over at Google just set maps to SAMEORIGIN- which means that they can no longer be displayed on 3rd party pages via an iFrame. So, if you have sites with Google maps being displayed from within a Limelight - they are most likely broken. Time to go fix them before your clients call you.

Perhaps Google was messing with something. Tav confirmed tha they were broken earlier this afternoon- but he also just confirmed that they seem to be working again.

So- no promises that they’ll continue to. Clear your cache, and if they’re working- great!
