Masterstyle cannot open

Hello, when i try to open mastersyle, dont open it, waiting and waiting, nor reaction? Whats issue here? I use mac 10.12.3 (rapidweaver Version 7.2.2 (18500). For info, i first download trial version, later then use key to activate it, didn’t download again

I already tried to reinstall software but still not ok

Hi, now tried several issue, seems its working now but very slow, however got a new message. Restart and try again, still this info is coming. Any idea what could be the problem, thanks
