# Migration from RapidWeaver Classic to Elements - HELP

Hello experts!
Longtime RapidWeaver (4, 5, 8, 9) user here and it is time for me to migrate to Elements 3.0. My website is [daveesquer.com](http://daveesquer.com) and I am looking to replicate the homepage look where text drops down.
Ideally, I’d love to just push a button and everything would port over to Elements by magic, but I realize I do have to learn its amazing capabilities.
I have purchased Gallery Pro for my photos and I’ve started playing with that.
Tips and tricks and more importantly techniques that I can focus on to re-build my site are most appreciated. I’m glad that I can move on from Stacks and really utilize Elements and its toolsets!

Congrats on making the big jump!
I believe there are a few forum members who offer this migration from Classic to Elements as a service.
I moved all of my Classic websites over and its incredible what Elements can do! You might consider taking this as an opportunity to reimagine your website using one of the templates included (or an add-on) and have fun rebuilding the site.
Either way, the documentation is great, and the forum is a great place to block-and-tackle to get things right.
I just passed the one year mark of using Elements and while the learning curve was steep (because I was trying to use Classic techniques on the Elements platform), I am blown away at how good my sites look with my humble skill level.

While I haven’t tried it yet on a full site, this may be where AI can be a big help. If you link an AI engine to Elements on a blank project, then drop a copy of the existing HTML page on the AI and ask: “I’d like you to create this Project to reflect the design and look of the HTML I provided you, using Elements built-in components where possible. I’m particularly interesting in preserving the drop-down text bits.” You might very well get what you asked for. A little hard to predict, but I’ve had success in using similar prompts on other projects.
