So, I am trying to create a costume navigation bar, and I been having trouble by missing only one thing, which is on active for text, top links or (and) buttons. I mean that I’ve tried all of them, but can’t add on active for none of them.

- Default

- Hover

- Visited

- Active (Missing)

I want the actual section to change color on my new costume nav bar link. I wanna tell in my opinion it would be really nice to have it on text component, it would made It really flexible, or button too.

Thanks for now 😶‍🌫️

That’s not going to work, as the component doesn’t know what it’s the active page.
For this to work you’d need to apply a class to the item on the page. i.e. manually manage the styles on a per page basis.

This is why the menu components magic, it handles all of this styling for you.

Do you have an example of what you’re trying to create? I wonder if one of the menu components would be able to do it for you…
